How to subscribe?

Sign up as an online member, or log in if you're already registered. View the full list of contact lenses available under our subscription plan. Simply choose your preferred lens, select your prescription and colour (if applicable), and proceed to checkout.

When will my payment be charged?

When you subscribe to our Contact Lens Subscription Plan, your first payment will be charged immediately. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each following month, based on your initial subscription date.

What payment methods are available for the Subscription Plan?

Currently, we accept only Visa and Mastercard (both debit and credit cards). All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

When will my order be delivered?

After subscribing to our Contact Lens Subscription Plan, your first order will be delivered within 7–10 working days (subject to changes). For subsequent months, your recurring orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days after each successful payment.

How much is the shipping fee?

All subscription orders enjoy free shipping, regardless of the amount. In comparison, standard one-time orders below $200 are subject to a $5 delivery fee.

Can I pause or reactivate my subscription plan?

Yes, you have the flexibility to pause or reactivate your subscription at any time.

To pause your subscription, simply log in to your account and click on the “Pause” option. To reactivate, click on reativate button. If you want to process immediately after reactivate, click on renew.

If my prescription has changed, can I update my subscription plan?

Yes, you can. Simply email ops.admin@bettervision.com.sg to request cancellation of your current subscription. Once cancelled, you may subscribe to a new plan with your updated prescription.
